Core Function Specific Responsibilities & Impact
Food & Beverage Service
  • Promptly and gracefully deliver delicious meals and refreshing drinks from the kitchen to our guests' tables.
  • Present each dish with care, ensuring accuracy with orders and answering basic guest questions about the food.
  • Assist in maintaining a steady flow of service, especially during peak lunch hours, to ensure no guest waits too long.
Table Management & Turnover
  • Efficiently clear and reset tables after guests depart, preparing them for the next party with speed and attention to detail.
  • Work diligently to maintain the overall cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the dining area.
  • Ensure tables are properly set with cutlery, napkins, and condiments, contributing to a seamless guest experience.
Team Support & Flexibility
  • Provide comprehensive support to the entire service team, stepping in wherever needed to ensure operational excellence.
