Core Function Specific Daily Tasks & Impact
Quality Assurance Support
  • Act as a vital support function to the dedicated quality assurance team, performing critical checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Verify product integrity, packaging standards, and labeling accuracy against shipping manifests and purchase orders.
  • Identify, isolate, and report any discrepancies or damage, initiating the process for resolution and ensuring only perfect orders reach our customers.
Light Administrative Excellence
  • Process essential documentation related to warehouse operations, including goods received notes, packing slips, and shipping labels.
  • Update internal tracking systems and databases with real-time information, ensuring 100% data integrity for inventory visibility.
  • Assist in generating daily reports on key operational metrics, providing the management team with the data needed to drive efficiency.
Inter-Process Control & Inventory Management
  • Conduct meticulous inter-process control checks at various stages of the warehouse workflow to prevent errors before they happen.
  • Participate in regular and scheduled physical inventory counts (stock takes), handling scanning equipment and reconciling system data with physical stock.
  • Investigate and help resolve any variances found during inventory counts, a key role in maintaining loss prevention.
Operational Communication
  • Liaise with warehouse pickers, packers, and forklift drivers to communicate priorities and resolve queries in real-time.
  • Use your English language skills to comprehend work instructions and documentation that may be in English, and to assist in a modern, international work environment.

  • Availability: Must be fully available to work a rotating 3-shift pattern, including night shifts (22:00-6:00).
  • Mindset: A keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment.
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and working with warehouse management systems.
