Reception & Multilingual Communication
  • Manage all incoming telephone calls, screening, redirecting, and providing active, helpful assistance to customers.
  • Communicate expertly with customers via phone, email, and the website, answering queries and providing information in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Leverage your language skills to serve a diverse clientele comfortably in Dutch, French, and English.
Administrative Excellence & Order Management
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for orders, pickups, and deliveries, ensuring every detail is tracked accurately.
  • Process and meticulously follow up on customer orders, including initiating contact with suppliers to check stock or track deliveries.
  • Follow up on files for customers applying for financing, requiring discretion and organizational skills.

Cashier Duties & Sales Support
  • Operate the cash register, processing customer payments accurately and efficiently at the end of their shopping journey.
