Mandatory Requirements:
- Education: Primary education is sufficient and required.
- Physical Fitness: Excellent physical condition and the ability to perform demanding manual labor, including lifting weights of 30-50 kg regularly.
- Willingness to Travel: A mandatory requirement and readiness to live and work abroad in Germany for the duration of the contract.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with using common power tools and construction equipment.
- Teamwork & Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Advantageous Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Knowledge of how to read technical drawings.
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar physical field.
- Basic German language skills, though not required as the team is Polish-speaking.
