Vacancy: Experienced Busdriver | Utrecht (Transdev)

Along the way, you share a friendly word with your passengers while keeping a watchful eye on their safety and comfort.
As a bus driver at Transdev – the largest mobility company in the Netherlands – you contribute daily to freedom and mobility. No day is the same, but one thing is certain: your passengers can always count on you.
What will you do?
- Drive punctually and safely according to the timetable.
- Welcome and assist passengers in a friendly manner.
- Ensure a pleasant and safe travel experience.
- Work independently and adapt flexibly to varying shifts.
What we ask
- Category D driving licence and valid Code 95.
- English at a minimum of B1 level.
- Willingness to work variable shifts (day, evening, weekends, public holidays).
- Responsible, social, stress-resistant, and customer-oriented.
What we offer
- Employment for 1 year via WIL Groep with the possibility of 40+ hours, including 120 guaranteed hours in the first year.
- Salary between €2,700 and €3,700 per month (depending on experience).
- Additional allowances for irregular hours, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays (average €355/month).
- 8.33% holiday allowance, year-end bonus of 1.15%, and annual €400 payment.
- Pension accrual according to STIPP Plus scheme.
- Travel allowance of €0.32/km or transport by WIL Groep.
- Certified, high-quality accommodation (one person per room).
